Who we are





Our 40 year history in the field of pipe fittings for heating and cooling systems means Raccordi Speciali is a rigorous and thoroughly prepared industrial partner, one that has succeeded in growing over time together with its customers.

Our considerable experience in the use of copper, aluminium and steel ensures we are able to satisfy all requests from the most demanding and technologically advanced companies, placing true partnership at the service of the customers, partnership that extends from co-design through to logistics.

Our company is currently developing three production units – all located in Garlate and occupying a total of 23,000 sq.m., with 3,000 sq.m. under roof – comprising our commercial, technical and administrative offices, as well as production department, equipment, finished products warehouse and raw materials warehouse.

Focus on customer needs: we aim to be a reference point for our customers, from the point of view of both procurement and know-how. Which is why our commercial office, technical office and production department are always ready to collaborate with customers, from the very start of the design phase for new products, and with the common aim of optimising any components that then have to be realised.

Flexibility: this is our driving force, our main route to success. We constantly invest in new systems, in training specialised personnel and in ever more advanced information systems, offering our customers products that are super high-performance and which satisfy all requirements in the shortest possible time, thanks not least to thorough suppliers management. In addition, we have recently opened a department specialising in the realisation of all equipment used in our production process, making us autonomous and able to realise what is required at the right time, thereby fully satisfying all our production needs at the very heart of our company.

Continual improvement: our proactive collaboration with both customers and suppliers is viewed by us as a stimulus for continual improvement through our optimisation of processing, equipment, control systems and internal logistics, all aimed at improving our products and correlated services. Since 2000 our company has been ISO 9001:2008 certified, an essential requirement, allowing us to serve all our customers, throughout Europe, who assemble our “pipes” in their products.
